Occupational therapy services and pricing

  • I am an HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapist with experience across mental health, learning disabilities, and physical health rehabilitation, including orthopaedics. My practice integrates evidence‑based occupational therapy with a holisitc understanding of:

  • Sensory Integration ( MSc level training)

  • POGP Introduction to Pelvic Health for Allied Health Professionals.

  • Initial Assessment (without written report)

    60–75 minutes
    Includes 15–20 minutes of clinical admin


    A comprehensive assessment exploring your symptoms, routines, sensory needs, lifestyle patterns, and functional challenges. This session draws on my background in mental health, physical health rehab, and sensory integration to build a clear picture of your daily life and priorities.

    Ideal if you want clarity, direction, and an initial plan without needing a formal written document.

    Initial Assessment (with written report)


    60–75 minute assessment + 60–90 minutes report writing


    A full assessment followed by a detailed, personalised written report outlining findings, recommendations, and a structured therapy plan. This is suitable if you want a document to guide long‑term self‑management or to share with other professionals.

    Follow‑Up Therapy Sessions


    45–60 minutes
    Includes 10–15 minutes of clinical admin

    I draw on my experience across mental health, learning disabilities, physical health rehabilitation, and orthopaedics, alongside specialist training in sensory integration and pelvic health foundations.

    Sessions may include:

    • Pacing and graded activity
    • Fatigue and energy management
    • Sensory‑based strategies
    • Stress and emotional regulation
    • Habit building and routine support
    • Lifestyle redesign for PMOS
    • Functional rehabilitation and daily living support


    I do not provide specialist pain‑management therapy, but I support clients living with persistent pain using OT‑based approaches such as pacing, activity analysis, and lifestyle adaptation.

    • Initial Pelvic Health Assessment


      60 -90 minutes
      I
      ncludes 10–15 minutes of clinical admin

      I have completed the POGP Introduction to Pelvic Health, Functional Pelvis level 1 training, (trauma‑informed, four‑stage model), and sensory integration training. I have been taught internal pelvic assessment as part of functional pelvis training, but I currently offer external, functional, and lifestyle‑based pelvic health support only.

      This assessment explores:

    • Pelvic symptoms and their functional impact

    • Hormonal influences (including PCOS‑related changes)

    • Sensory and nervous system factors

    • Bladder/bowel routines

    • Pain triggers and movement patterns

    • Daily life, roles, and routines

    • Pelvic discomfort, including pain or discomfort during sexual activity.




    My approach is trauma‑informed, consent‑led, and grounded in occupational therapy. I do not offer internal examinations at this stage of my practice.

    Pelvic Health Follow‑Up Sessions


    45–60 minutes

    Includes 10–15 minutes of clinical admin

    Follow‑up sessions focus on functional, behavioural, and lifestyle strategies that support pelvic wellbeing. Depending on your needs, sessions may include:

    • Pelvic‑floor‑friendly movement strategies
    • Pain‑aware pacing and activity adaptation
    • Bladder/bowel routine support
    • Sensory‑based regulation
    • Hormonal cycle‑aware planning
    • Stress‑pelvic floor connection
    • Lifestyle and routine redesign

    These sessions complement — not replace — specialist pelvic physiotherapy. Internal assessment is not offered at this time.

  • Interoception OT session(Kelly Mahler framework).

    Sensory-informed, trauma-aware session using Kelly Mahler’s interoception resources to support body-signal awareness, emotional regulation, pacing, and functional daily routines, ideal for clients with sensory needs, PCOS-related interoception challenges, pelvic health concerns, or difficulties recognising internal cues.
