I’m an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist, and I also live with PMOS myself. I understand how deeply it can affect your energy, routines, confidence, and sense of self. Occupational Therapy Assessment

1- 1.5 hour sessions

A review of your health history and needs, and then support you in a 1:1 to develop achievable SMART goals alongside OT interventions.

For people across the life span as we experience many life transitions, from puberty, pregnancy, post partum, peri menopause, menopause and ageing frailty.

Input can also be provided to those with chronic health conditions.

Sensory Support

1-hour sessions

SIE mentoring

I offer mentoring support to students completing Sensory Integration training. In particular, those on the SIE modular pathway.

Interoception assessment and input

I offer Kelly Mahler’s interoception curriculum to support individuals in developing a better understanding of their inner senses.

I chose to specialise in PMOS because too many people are left without meaningful support. My lived experience gives me a deeper understanding of the emotional, physical and practical challenges it brings and a strong commitment to helping others feel seen, supported and empowered.
